Nano4Energy 2010 is an annual update on new developments in nanotechnology with emphasis on those nearing or achieving commercialisation.
Partnering
In addition to a conference, exhibition and poster session, this one-day event will provide a one-to-one partnering service to help those seeking or selling technology to meet up. Register before Friday 11th June to participate.
Programme
Keynote presentations will be delivered from the Carbon Trust and Nissan and the conference will then be split into two parallel sessions: Generation & Conversion and Storage & Conservation.
Parallel Session Speakers will include Power Textiles Ltd, Leeds Lithium Power, ACAL Energy, Ilika Technologies, Nanoco Technologies, BRE, Nanotecture, Promethean Particles, PETEC and the Universities of Birmingham and Surrey.
The programme will conclude with a Discussion Forum led by EcoConnect on ‘Raising Funds – Which Way is Best?’ featuring the London Stock Exchange.

Poster Presentations: Deadline 15th June 2010
There will be a poster session running throughout the day. If you would like to promote your research, abstracts should be sent to Dr Bruno Pollett, School of Chemical Engineering, University of Birmingham at: b.g.pollet@bham.ac.uk. Successful applicants will be notified after the 15th June deadline and will be required to register as a delegate at the discounted price of £20 +VAT.
Accommodation
The Conference Park has rooms available for the night of 29th June is approx a 10 minute walk from the conference venue at Chemical Engineering. Single = £60 B&B and Double/Twin = £85 B&B.
