Recent years have seen a rapid progress in the deployment of fuel cell and hydrogen technologies worldwide. As the benefits of these clean energy technologies are being realised, there remain a range of regulatory hurdles hindering them from realising their true potential. A number of UK HFCA members are working to overcome these challenges. On the 4th October 2011, we will be holding a workshop to update on recent developments in regulations, codes and standards, learn from real-life experience and exchange best practice. With a range of key stakeholders in the audience, the workshop will also highlight where changes are needed, and how they can be realised, if we are to achieve a supportive and coherent regulatory framework. The day will provide great opportunity for members to share views and discuss how industry and Government can work together to optimise outcomes.
