Tuesday, August 9th, 2016

The UK HFCA was pleased to submit a response to the National Infrastructure Assessment plan launched by the National Infrastructure Commission.

The response aimed to ensure that the National Infrastructure Commission is aware of the benefits of hydrogen and fuel cells in balancing the intermittency of renewables and delivering low carbon heat, power and transport whilst supporting low carbon economic growth and creating green jobs.

In particular, the UK HFCA urged the Commission to include recommendations on provision for nation-wide hydrogen infrastructure in its ‘National Infrastructure Assessment plan’.
